  • Finished with Neopenglycol Gelcoat ASHLAND

    It provides UV protection and high resistance to chlorine and chemicals.


    The surface of the walls is smooth and polished without a single joint, without seams, forming a surface that is easy to clean and disinfect, and creating a uniform and compact surface.

  • Chemical barrier

    Chemical barrier made with epoxy resin, SWANCOR vinylester, with high antibacterial protection, osmosis resistance and UVA resistance, reinforced with structural polyester ribs with a layer thickness of between 0.9 and 25 millimeters.

  • Reinforced fiber sheet

    Layering by simultaneous projection of POLYNT polyester resin and Jushi projection rowing, reinforced with multixial fabric in sandwich construction, achieving a chemical bond between layers.

  • Structural reinforcements

    Structural polyester ribs with a layer thickness of between 0.9 and 25 mm, consisting of smooth walls with a 3% slope finished in reeds, both vertical and horizontal, for perfect cleaning of the vessel.
